Background: Tom came to ASR in June 2005 from another certification company where he worked in marketing. In addition to sales and marketing he has taken on the role of interpreting the technical aspects of the international standards as well as being responsible for the IATF and OASIS database oversight.
Tom has an MBA from Grand Valley State University.

Background: Melissa Smith has extensive auditing experience including automotive, environmental, and general manufacturing and business. Melissa recently joined ASR's Team and responsible for auditor management and training, client complaints and appeals, as well as oversight body witness and office audits.

Job Duties: collecting audit documentation from auditors and updating internal database, issuing certificates, managing OASIS database
Background: Audit documentation from every ASR audit conducted (USA and foreign offices) funnels to Cynthia for input into ASR's electronic database. She distributes the audit packages to reviewers, and then issues a certificate to the client when the package is approved by the reviewer.
Cynthia realizes job satisfaction when client information is accurate in the ASR database. Her joy is realized whenever clients receive their new certificate or successfully complete a surveillance audit and she sends ASR's letter of continued conformance.
Cynthia is a native of Grand Rapids Michigan, and studied interior design at Kendall College of Art and Design. She spent 18 years in the business insurance industry as a customer service representative before joining ASR in February 2009.

Background: Brad is continually on the go dashing through airports and motoring the highways auditing clients around the globe. Brad has been with ASR 15 years. Brad audits AS9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001. He is a member of ASR's Registration Committee, serve as witness auditors and develop and deliver auditor training.

Background: Julie is responsible for working with clients and auditors to schedule the more than 1300 hundred audit days each year. Julie's business experience includes responsibilities as a compliance manager, sales administrator, and customer service coordinator.
