How to Get Started Toward Registration:


 ASR Step1 Complete the online Request A Quote Form for the appropriate standard(s) that best suits your need.

OR - Contact ASR via telephone 888-891-9002/616-942-6273, fax 616-942-6409 and request a customer information sheet to complete. Then, complete the form and return it to ASR.

 ASR Step2 ASR reviews your company information and provides a customized quote based on your organization's product, processes, and number of employees. The quote will be faxed or e-mailed to you and originals sent via mail.

 ASR Step3 Communication with ASR to discuss the quote, registration details and general questions you may have. Potential auditors and target dates for your organization may also be discussed.

 ASR Step4 Approve the contract by signing the last page of the quote form and fax or mail the contract to ASR.


 ASR Step5 Upon receipt of the contract ASR will start the transfer registration process and send out your customer support manual.


 ASR Step6 Auditor is mutually chosen and audit dates are confirmed.


 ASR Step7 Audit notification letter is sent out 30-60 days prior to your audit date and audit schedules are sent 2-3 weeks in advance of the audit.

 ASR Step8 SUCESSFUL REGISTRATION!

How to make ASR your Registrar

Are you considering a new Registrar? ASR makes the transfer process easy. Just follow the steps below.


 ASR Step1 Complete the online Request A Quote Form for the appropriate standard(s) that best suits your need.

 ASR Step2 ASR reviews your company information and provides a customized quote based on your organization's product/service, processes, and number of employees. The quote will be faxed or e-mailed to you and originals sent via mail.

 ASR Step3 Communication with ASR to discuss the quote, registration details and general questions you may have. Potential auditors and target dates for your organization may also be discussed. Remember to read your current contract carefully so you notify your existing registrar within the terms of your contract to avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees.

 ASR Step4 Approve the contract by signing the last page of the quote form and fax or mail the contract to ASR. ASR will need a copy of your current and valid registration certificate and a copy of the last audit report from your existing registrar.


 ASR Step5 Upon receipt of the contract ASR will start the transfer registration process and send out your customer support manual.


 ASR Step6 Auditor is mutually chosen and audit dates are confirmed.
