As most of you are aware, we have been serving the certification market since 1997. Each year has brought unique challenges and growth within the ANAB Accredited and IATF markets we serve.
In December of 2023, American Systems Registrar was Acquired by Amtivo Group. (www.amtivo.com)
Amtivo Group specializes in ISO and industry-related certifications, with more than 30,000 certifications worldwide. Joining with Amtivo not only enhances our operational capabilities but will significantly broaden the range of services/products we can offer to our client base. Since December 2023 we have been working closely with the team at Amtivo to share knowledge of each other’s businesses. With the objective of developing a plan to bring ASR into the Amtivo Group; ensuring we can maximize the best from both businesses.
Amtivo and ASR share a steadfast commitment to excellence. You can be assured that Amtivo will continue to put our customers and employees at the heart of everything we do.
The ASR Team, including office staff and auditors, will continue to serve our clients. Expect future communications regarding updates on rebranding, product offerings, auditor tools and a customer portal.
