First off let me state that the only experience I have had with ASR is the last couple of years. None of the previous companies I have worked for used ASR as a registrar. Since starting back here at Mobex/Linamar I have thoroughly enjoyed my audits with ASR. I found you to be fair, knowledgeable, and very thorough.

This audit was no different with Hyram and James. The two of them provided a good audit plan. They spent plenty of time auditing each process while still being respectful of the fact that we still had a business to run. I felt the sampling of each process was deep enough for them to clearly understand whether or not the process was effectively maintained or was in need of improvement. Linamar Southfield has been through a lot the past couple years and they took that into consideration, but at the same time realized this audit was a good opportunity to measure if we were headed in the right direction or not making any progress at all.

All in all, I was very happy with the audit. I am also very happy with ASR as an organization."
