ASR is committed to maintaining integrity and impartiality throughout the certification
process. Our goal is to provide value added certification services that are professional,
ethical and customer focused. ASR does not engage in any activity that can be construed
or perceived as a conflict of interest such as:

  • Suggesting or indicating certification would be simpler, easier or less expensive if a specified consulting or training service were used
  • Marketing consulting by a related body and registration together
  • Providing certification of management systems if the ASR auditor or sales associate has provided internal audits or consulting within the previous 2 years.

ASR requires auditors, clients, employees and related bodies to comply with the above
and not to engage in any activity that can be perceived as a conflict of interest. All
personnel internal or external are required to identify threats to impartiality and make
these threats known to ASR. ASR uses an on going risk analysis tool, an external nonbiased
advisory board and a financial review committee to ensure we identify, analyze
and minimize any threats to our certification process.

Maintaining integrity and impartiality throughout the certification process allows ASR to
provide certification services that assist our clients with growth and improvement of their
organizations.

What Clients Say About ASR

Excellent AS9100 Audit

I have received superior service from ASR. John Nolan was an excellent auditor. He had a very good understanding of our procedures in relation to AS9100 and was very knowledgeable. Julie Aman has been very responsive to RA Lalli with our contracts and scheduling needs. Many thanks.

Una Auditor Excellente y Efusivo - Gracias

Matilde Hunter did a great job. Her high energy, kept us going. She took the time to meet the night before to disspell any pre-audit jitters and get to know each other on common ground. One value added item we found with Matilde is Spanish is her 1st language. This afforded our Spanish as a 1st language employees to participate in an audit. They were excited and loved participating where they were normally bypassed. Each operator interviewed is looking forward to participating again next year. The 2nd area we had a different audit experience was Matilde's energy and how she would "dig" through our processes. I don't believe we have ever had an auditor that had dug in as deep. It was a great experience seeing how our systems worked and flowed through her processes.
