Quality Glossary Definition: Continuous Improvement

Continuous improvement, sometimes called continual improvement, is the ongoing improvement of products, services or processes through incremental and breakthrough improvements.

ASR is required as a third party auditor to continually make improvements to our processes.  As a result ASR is certified as a:
  • ISO 9001 Registrar
  • ISO AS9100 Registrar
  • ISO 14001 Registrar
  • ISO / TS 16949 Registrar
  • OHSAS 18001 Registrar
  • ISO 13485 Registrar
A major component of our continuous improvement process is feedback from our customers.  After every audit, our customers are encouraged to complete an online evaluation.  We use these evaluation to analyze how we did, and what areas we can improve upon.
